Key Responsibilities

Prepare DPRs, micro-plans, and watershed development strategies
Design structures: check dams, contour trenches, farm ponds, percolation tanks
Conduct surveys, site assessments, and feasibility analysis
Supervise field implementation and ensure quality control
Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders
Support GIS mapping, baseline data, and reporting
Ensure adherence to technical standards and timelines
Train and guide field teams and communities
Prepare reports and impact assessments

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: B.Tech / Civil / Agriculture
M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science
Experience: Minimum 3 years in watershed/NRM projects
Willingness to travel/relocate
