Key Responsibilities
- Prepare DPRs, micro-plans, and watershed development strategies
- Design structures: check dams, contour trenches, farm ponds, percolation tanks
- Conduct surveys, site assessments, and feasibility analysis
- Supervise field implementation and ensure quality control
- Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders
- Support GIS mapping, baseline data, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and timelines
- Train and guide field teams and communities
- Prepare reports and impact assessments
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech / Civil / Agriculture
- M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in watershed/NRM projects
- Willingness to travel/relocate
