Internship
SARDA INDIA’s internship scheme aims to offer a youth & students from universities in India the opportunity to gain insight into the organisation’s work.
Internships can take place at the Head Office across any of the District offices in Jharkhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Madhya Pardesh, Chhattisgarh and Jammu & Kashmir. All internship assignments will vary in terms of content and length according to the availability and academic requirements of the intern, as well as the needs of organization.
Interns will be selected on a competitive basis from the pool of applications received. Relevant applications with Masters Degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in a development, legal, education, health or equivalent field (Media, political sciences, Rural Management, economics etc), with strong background in research, analytical and writing skills will be considered. Internship positions are unremunerated. SARDA INDIA will offer only safe and comfortable accommodation in a staff guest house or equivalent.

Volunteer With Us
Are you willing to volunteer for our Campaign/ Programes and Pprojects?
We are always looking for passionate people to come and participate in our activities. You can get involved in Ranchi and/or other field offices in several ways.
Part Time Support: On daily, weekly or intermittent basis, as per time available and mutually agreed, to support in functional areas e.g. research, communication, assessments, impact study, social audit, community need assessment, data collection, report writing, documentation including video, strategy/planning etc.
Project Based Support: As per time available and mutually agreed, to support in Functional areas e.g. research, communication, impact study, social audit, community need assessment, data collection, report writing, documentation including video, strategy/planning, project implementation etc.
Skill Based Support: Online support on preparing designs for water conservation structures, getting estimates, content development for communication material, web based research, devising communication tools, enhance/create social media presence.
Raise Funds: Offline or online, through personal interactions or networking for a cause or a community or an age/gender group.
Others: These are intermittent, irregular support opportunities depending upon the time available- since every support is welcome for the causes we are working on:
- Working with Self Help Groups
- Teaching the Trainers
- Imparting Computer education
- Enhancing English language skills
- Sharing life skills with children and communities
- Volunteering for community mobilization events
- Spreading awareness on Govt. schemes and rights of people
